Selinunte is home to some of the most impressive Greek ruins in Sicily, situated on the south-western coast of Sicily, it's a impressive place to visit and often one that many visitors appreciate even more than Agrigento itself because of its spectacular sea-side location.
Located only 35 minutes driving from Marsala and 1 hour from Trapani, if you don't have time to visit Agrigento, but still want to experience some of the most impressive Greek ruins in Italy, this is definitely a stop you don't want to miss. However, because of the enormity of the park itself, we do recommend the use of Golf-carts to get around here, especially if you don't want to spend the entire day walking the park, which could easily happen since many of these ruins are scattered kilometers apart.
You will also need to have a ticket and visit at the parks open hours, so we highly recommend to contact us for visits to the Selinunte ruins.
